Book a Scoping Call- Perpetual Nebula Swarm license for up to five authors. It lives in your repo and keeps working if you never talk to us again.
- The Rollout: one full day on site. We deploy Nebula Swarm and train your team on a real project from your roadmap.
- Check-ins at day 15 and day 30 to unblock the team and tune Nebula Swarm to how you work.
- Your runbook, written with your champion, so new people can learn Nebula Swarm without us.
- Updates and new capabilities included while your team has five authors or fewer.
What Would It Cost Your Team?
Pick how many people will run Nebula Swarm. The first five are in the base price, so a team of two pays the same as a team of five. After that it's a flat $10,000 each, once.
- Base: up to five authors + Rollout
- $50,000
- Additional authors
- 0 × $10,000 = $0
- Updates and new capabilities
- Included
Five authors or fewer: updates are included. Nothing else to buy.
Model usage is billed separately by your AI provider. Prices exclude tax [travel: included or at cost?].
How Licensing Works.
Nebula Swarm is a set of plain files in your repository. You can't lock down plain files, and we don't try. So we keep the license simple and trust you to keep it fair.
- What's an author?
An author is anyone who runs Nebula Swarm: starts a plan, launches tickets, or drives a run. The $50,000 covers up to five of them.
People who only review or merge Nebula Swarm's pull requests aren't authors [confirm]. Your whole team can read and approve its work.
- What if we train more people ourselves?
Please do. That's what the runbook is for. Each new author is $10,000, licensed for life, whether they join one of our training sessions or learn from your own people. You don't need our permission to add someone; we just ask that they're counted.
- How does the count work?
At the day 15 and day 30 check-ins, and once a year after that, we run a quick author count from your git history together. It returns counts only: how many distinct people ran Nebula Swarm. No code leaves your repo.
If the number has grown past what you've licensed, we send an invoice for the new authors at $10,000 each. That's the whole process. No audits, no surprises.
- Is it really perpetual?
Yes. Every license, including the first five, is yours for life. Nebula Swarm keeps running on your infrastructure and your AI accounts whether or not you buy anything else from us.
- What about updates?
Five authors or fewer: updates and new capabilities are included.
More than five: you can add a Nebula Swarm Updates & Support plan, billed yearly. It's priced with you based on team size, so talk to us. It's optional: your licenses stay perpetual without it.
- What happens if we stop paying for updates?
Nothing breaks. You keep the version you have, every agent and skill you've added, and all the memory Nebula Swarm has built up about your codebase. You just stop getting new releases and support. You can restart later [restart terms: confirm].
What You're Paying For.
Not more seats, and not faster typing. A way of working that turns the AI tools you already pay for into planned, tested and reviewed work your team can trust. Here's what it did on our own team at Deliveri, measured from git, GitHub, Jira and CI.
- 7,673Automated tests addedAgainst 56 from the human team in two years.
- 0Production rollbacksCounted from deploy history since Nebula Swarm went in.
- 15.2 h → 3.3 hBuild time per ticketMedian hours from In Progress to complete in Jira, human team against Nebula Swarm.
- ~10Output per directorOne director, about 35 hands-on hours a fortnight, directing Nebula Swarm. Output was in line with roughly 10 engineers, the low end of our estimate. (Estimate.)
Deliveri, first six weeks on Nebula Swarm, against its human team, data as of 2026-10-08. AI coding tools in general also helped; this comparison doesn't isolate Nebula Swarm's share. Your results will depend on your team and codebase.
How we measured thisWhat Five Authors Could Run Around the Clock.
Those figures come from agents that worked about half of each day; at least one was running for about 12.5 hours a day over the 14 days we measured. Around the clock is the goal. Jason Brown, Deliveri's founder, puts one author running Nebula Swarm around the clock at 9–18 tickets every 24 hours (founder estimate, running around the clock). [confirm: basis of the 9–18 range]
The $50,000 covers up to five authors. At that rate, five would have 45–90 tickets a day of capacity (estimate, not measured). That assumes enough approved backlog to keep each author's agents busy, a person on your team reviewing and merging the work, and enough model and plan capacity for each author. Your day-30 scorecard measures the real number.
For Procurement.
The answers your finance, legal and security teams will ask for.
- How are we invoiced?
One invoice for the license and the Rollout [payment terms: confirm, e.g. 50% on signing, 50% after the Rollout day]. Additional authors are invoiced after a count, at $10,000 each. Updates & Support, if you add it, is invoiced yearly.
- What do we sign?
A short perpetual license agreement covering authors, the count and updates, plus a statement of work for the Rollout [confirm: can we work from your paper?].
- What about the security review?
Nebula Swarm runs in your repo, on your accounts, with your keys. Nothing merges without a person approving it. Our security page covers data flow, access and our current posture.
- Do you sign a DPA?
[confirm: DPA available on request]. Your code stays in your repository and goes only to the AI provider you choose; the author count shares numbers, not code.
